ZDLS Electronic Electric Angle Regulating Valve produced and sold by Baigang valve group by
the PS series and the 3610 series of straight-stroke electric actuator
and low flow resistance through the single-seat valve. Electric actuator
for the electronic integration structure, with a servo amplifier, the
input control signal (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and the power to control the
valve opening, to pressure, flow, level, temperature and other
parameters adjust. With sensitive action, simple connection, large flow,
small size, high regulation accuracy. Angular pressure regulating valve
is aimed at regulating valve in the high pressure or high pressure,
severe cavitation, erosion under harsh working conditions, short life,
easy to break the stem, easy to fall off the serious problems of
research and development of products. It uses multi-stage throttling
form to apportion the pressure difference, reduces the cavitation, the
erosion, the deflection damage, greatly enhanced the service life of the
regulating valve, especially in the urea system life expectancy than
the ordinary high-pressure valve enhances 2-3 times . The valve body is
right angle, the valve core is a single guide structure, the flow path
of the valve body is simple and the resistance is small. It is
especially suitable for the adjustment of fluids with high viscosity and
containing suspended matter and granular media to prevent coking,
sticking and clogging.
