Drain Valve Anti-freezing measures
1.Do not select an oversized trap.
2.Keep trap drain line as short as possible.
3.Bend trap drain line downward to speed up gravity drain.
4.Heat trap drain line and condensate return line.
5.When the condensate backwater pipeline is exposed to atmospheric conditions, a heat tracing pipe should be considered.
6.If the return pipe is raised, the vertical drain line shall be adjacent to the drain line above the return catch and shall be insulated with the trap drain line.
